It's the ideal place for kids at the beach. The two newly renovated pavilions have facilities that include boardwalks, observation towers, bathhouses, food concessions, and picnic tables. This is one of RI's most popular beach spots.

The "14 Kingston Lane house" is also walking distance to "Black Point Bar and Grill with al fresco dining and drinking on the upper deck overlooking Scarboro State Beach. There's live music and dancing also. The house is just a short drive to "Charlie O's Sports Bar and Restaurant", two small Mom & Pop-style ice cream shops, surfcast fishing on a rocky beach, and one mile from the very popular upscale "Spain Restaurant". A short drive will take you to Roger Wheeler State Beach, the famous "Towers" at Narragansett Pier and the pristine Narragansett Town Beach. You can also get a unique view of the natural surrounding of the tidal flow along Narrow River and the tidal inlet by renting kayaks or canoes at Narrow River Kayaks (1-401-789-0334).

Take a ferry ride from the Port of Gallilee over to Block Island. While at Block Island you could rent a mo-ped or a bicycle to tour and sight-see, shop, visit the Block Island Lighthouse and the "Cliffs", or just relax on the pristine beaches with crystal clear waters of the Atlantic Ocean.
