Each home offers something a little different. The five bedroom, three bathroom tri-level contempory home on 5 Southwest Road is perfectly suited for two families or an extended family get-together. This house is near Sand Hill Cove Beach.

The three bedroom, 2 bathroom Cape Cod style home on 14 Kingston Lane is well-suited for a single family and guests (or up to seven adults). This house is near Scarboro State Beach.

They're lovely homes that are well-maintained, fully furnished, very clean, and full of many of those same extras that you have at your own home. We have developed this website so that you can see the care that we put into our properties, allowing you to rent the very best! Because of everyone's busy schedules, you can take a pictorial tour of either home to see the interiors without traveling to Narragansett.

We offer weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly rentals from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Each rental period starts on a Saturday at 2:00 PM and ends on a Saturday at 10:00 AM. Cleanliness is our highest priority. The cleaning fee is included in the rental rate. The cleaning crew will be in the home from 10:00AM sharp until 2:00PM between rentals.
